There is no need to register and all of the advice and guidance is written and checked by qualified occupational therapists. The NHS 111 helpline is open 24/7 covering the whole of the UK, including Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you need medical help imminently, but are unsure where to go for that help, 111 can assess your symptoms and direct you to the most suitable place to receive care, whether that is your GP surgery, A and E, or sending an ambulance to your house.
